I ordered a ceanothus from Gardening Express.  I hadn't used the company before but they were the only one I could find that had the variety 'Cool Blue' in stock.  This is what I received for the princely sum of £13.99.  plus postage
My hand is there to give you some idea of scale.
Has anyone else used this company?
I have sent a compaint form in and will see what they say.

I can't even see it - unless it's the variegated plant in the background?

Didn't spot those threads.  Ah well, I wont hold my breath for a response.  I'll just have to see if the plant survives and not use them again. Thanks for your responses.

A quick update.  Gardening Express has responded to my complaint.  They have apologised and said they will send a new plant.  I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it will be better than the last one.

Just to say, the replacement was delivered today.  It's no better than the last one so I'm giving up and will just have to avoid the company in the future.
