HI, the stems are like the framework of a shrub and the leaves are leathery and evergreen, I looked on the Chilean glory vine and it says ferny leaves twinning. But it’s close.Val

It looks like a red Cestrum.
One such as Cestrum fasciculatum var Newellii.
Never knew it would survive in UK...only ever seen it in hotter countries.
