Another mystery

This is a volunteer at the bottom of my garden. I certainly didn't plant it, and I'm not familiar with it either as a wild flower or as a garden plant. Deep in shade. Help with ID please.

I've had a good ID for this as Common Gromwell.

Not one that I have seen.
Lithospermum officinale...... common name Common Gromwell.

In Boragaceae...seeing close up of the flowers..(see above) you can see the family likeness.
