Plant ID - is this a nettle?

Hiya, I've just seeded the soil with various seeds but I think this might be a nettle.

Shall I get rid?

    Nettles make for good wildflowers too. Great tea, beloved by insects.

    They also make good liquid fertiliser; they are full of nitrogen which promotes leafy growth.  If you have an out-of-the-way corner in your garden, you transplant them into it.  They are perennial so you can cut and come again for any of the above uses.
