Cat's pee question

I've made a cat's toilet uncomfortable so it's b******d off.
It was in a bed that I'd prepared for my cosmos seedlings. Should I wait a bit before I plant them or give the soil a good soak to dilute it?
In London. Keen but lazy.

    Freshly voided urine is full of nitrogen, so it's free fertiliser.  Go ahead. But moistening the soil is what you'd do anyway for seedlings.

    @josusa47 thank you. Ill have to wear gloves as I mixed holly into the soil with gusto!
