What is this very large leaved plant/weed? I’m guessing it’s prob got a rather long tap root?

It looks a bit like dock to me.
In London. Keen but lazy.

If the leaves are hairy it might be green alkanet. And yes, if it is, it will have a big tap root. Like a parsnip !
