Cordyline australis 'Torbay Dazzler' Brown Leave - please help

Hi, I have this cordyline for few years and it was almost fine except the winter before, when it was left outside in beast from east. It was not that bad, it had brown leaves. But since its been a year, it is going worse and now almost all leaves are turned brown and new leaves are still coming, but you can see the tip is turning brown there too. 
Can this be saved?
I had it repotted couple of months back with every day compost and rose, tree, shrub compost.

Must be honest @navdeep.mahajan, it looks past saving to me, but there may be someone on here who can advise.
