Pear tree producing sap on leaf stems

Hi, could anyone help with the sticky sap that has appeared on my pear tree, it's a dwarf columnar tree purchased 3 months ago..these orange bumps have appeared on every leaf stem, nothing on the trunk of the tree and nothing on the leaves, tree looks healthy and has grown very well in a greenhouse..When bought it had no leaves and was just coming into bud....Thanks in advance for any ideas....

    It may be soft scale insects

    Why have you got it in the greenhouse? It should be outside it's very hardy fruit tree.
