    Possibly coreopsis?
A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.

Is it a plant for a pond ? It's standing in a lot of water and the compost looks very wet.
    I don't think it's coreopsis

I thought it looked like a pond plant. Is it the young leaves of Pontederia cordata or Pickerel weed do you think?
    East Anglia

I'm with Asarum here ; looks very much like the blue-flowering Pontederia cordata .
There is a form though known as P . cordata lanceolata which strongly resembles this .

It does look very similar to the one you mentioned especially but does pontederia grow leaves along a stem or from rosette? because the plant seems to be developing a stem if you look closely in the last pic
  • Thanks for all yousr help also !
