Tree & a nice smelling plant please!

Saw these at the weekend does anyone know what they are?
the plant has leaves like a Solomon seal and smells lovely! The tree has long dangling branches if that helps!

I think the plant is Maianthemum racemosum or false Solomon's Seal.

I tend to stick to the old name , Smilacina racemosa . There is a dwarf species too ; S.stellata (if you can get hold of it ) .

Smilacina is actually more familiar to me, but I couldn't remember the word. I knew false Solomon's Seal so I looked that up.
