Plant identity

My husband and I recently moved into a new house and there are some plants in the garden. We are not gardeners at all so I'd appreciate help to identify these. My mother thinks they are fruit plants. I've attached pictures

To be honest they look like brambles!

The upright ones with smoother stems look like raspberries and if they are, then the others may be cultivated blackberries or loganberries. They can still get out of control if not maintained!
I would suggest you wait and see for the upright ones and  just cut back any bits of the brambly ones that are in the way, till you find out what you have got :)

Thanks for your input so far.
I should have mentioned that there are 3 separate plants. First 2 images are one, 3rd and last are one then 4th picture (spiky) is the third plant

As there are some wires there I would tie some more  of the stems in if you would like to keep them. Of course cut any if they are really in the way or threatening to take over.

Did you put the wire up or was it there already? As I can see some tie wire some are already tied in.

I don't grow fruit myself but as Buttercupdays said raspberry, I think there are some early and late fruiting varieties. which may need different pruning treatment.
So for now I would keep everything until you or members can identify them for you.
That is if you want to keep them and grow fruit.
Good luck with your new garden.
