Feeding plants

This year I've got 3 baskets of nasturtiums, dahlia and lavenders in the garden, various perennials, buddleia davidii and a young plum tree with first year fruit. Would anyone feed any of these plants or just water

Nasturtiums, lavender and buddleia all thrive in poor soil so I wouldn't feed them.  Fruiting plants will benefit from a feed rich in potassium.
