Another plant ID request

You've all been so amazing at identifying mine and other people's random growths. Thank you! I have two new ones. I think I don't want them in my beds but would appreciate knowing what they are first. Does anyone recognise?

    Everyone here loves a plant id ☺ I put one up which baffled people I'll have to photograph it when it flowers. Good luck mate 👍

    The first one is an ash tree sapling ... you don’t want that in your garden unless you have several acres so I’d pull it out if I were you. 

    Cant see the other once very clearly ... maybe a pic of the whole plant?

    Hello, thank you for your help. Am trying again and adding another plant. The garden hasn't been touched for so many years, I swing between being too scared to dig anything up and wanting to dig it ALL up and start again!!
