There are a lot of these 'Blues' appearing and I don't really see too many differences and obvious ways to identify them.
What do folks think this is and why?
I am aware of what a Hoopsii looks like, it has more of a floppy character to it's stems, but most of the others all look rather similar, until they are older and the variance in growth rate shows of course.
