viburnum tinus 'eve price' half standard

My plant is looking a bit sorry for itself. some of the leaves look like something is eating them ( little holes in them) or its got a disease. the leaves are yellowing and dropping off. Does anyone know what the problems is and a treatment if possible...

I don’t know what is wrong with it, but it looks similar to this:

I know this is not a UK website and so the precise fungus may be different, but the two photos have a not dissimilar appearance.
