When to put in ground.

Hollyhocks, Lupin and Delphinium from seeds as in photo. Can I put them in ground now?

    that means no chance of flowers this year :(  I never have grown these kind of plants before. Limited experience of Dahlias,roses,cosmos,california poppies ,clematis,peony primroses etc. this year so many diffrent seeds waiting eagerly to come up like petunia, aquilegia, etc but so far nothing happening.

    They're far too small to put in the ground.  Put them in individual pots and grow them on until they're nice strong plants.
