Can anybody tell me what this is?

I ordered some Venus fly traps seeds I have been growing them for about 2 months and still no Venus fly traps just leaves 🤔 can anyone tell me what these are?

    It looks rather like a couple of young chilli plants.
    Doncaster, South Yorkshire. Soil type: sandy, well-drained

    Do I need to separate them and put them in bigger pots? I'm intrigued to see what they turn into

    I would separate them into single pots,not too big and then wait until the roots fill the pot before potting on again (if you decide to keep them !). They do look a bit like peppers or chilli plants.
    Maybe post a photo again in a couple of weeks and see if you can get a positive id.  :)

    Those look like something in the nightshade family.

    With the reddish stems , this looks like Phytolacca americana to me .
  • "it appears to be celosia or "cocks comb" should be a very pretty flower, definitely not a flytrap." Could it be one of these?
