Thanks , but I was wondering what was wrong with it ? I don't want it to spread to the other plants , anyway it is binned , not composted

Looks like
aquilegia downy mildew
which is now spreading throughout the country. It is a devastating disease and at least half mine are affected in one way or another. I expect to lose them all, like the lady who had a national collection did:
