I'm sure this is a weed but I'm alsways weeding out plants I've planted and I just want to make sure I don't make that mistake with this one. I'm sure someone can help me with what it is (its almost at the tip of my tongue and frustrating me)? Thanks

Could be Barbarea vulgaris (garden yellow-rocket). Has yellow flowers. See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Barbarea_vulgaris

Thanks I googled the leaves for a garden yellow-rocket and it could well be that

I’ve never seen it before in my garden and it’s sprung up everywhere

This is the latest pic. They have little yellow flowers. I pull the ones out in the flower bed and these are elsewhere in the garden. I was interested to see what they would turn into

That foliage looks really different from your first pics! Let's wait and see what the flowers look like.

I think it is Lapsana communis (Nipplewort.)

A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.

Definitely Nipplewort after Googling it. Apparently you can eat it too!
