Has anyone else noticed how many Photinia 'Red Robin' are in flower this year.More flowers than leaves it seems!
They just seem to be everywhere.Maybe it was last years heat and dry weather that spurred them on?

Funnily enough Photinia 'Red Robin' is a plant I have never liked but - you’re right! - suddenly I’m seeing them everywhere and they look gorgeous in flower! I want one!! 🤣

I agree with your observation, @madpenguin Photinias have been blooming all over the place where I live, including my own garden. Best show ever.
Unfortunately my OH is somewhat allergic to the flowers' smell. Can't say I like it very much myself.

Yes my bush is half covered in flower and half flaming red leaves while my neighbour has totally covered in flowers, I've never seen this before.

    I completely agree.
Never liked them much until this year, they look so good in flower.
