I really dont don’t know what it could be although the leaves do resemble a Marijuana plant

Yes I agree with you, I have them in my garden, but has the OP got them? They don’t usually just arrive in a garden, or do they, present from the birds?

I was given a rooted shoot of Rodgersia and planted it in a small bog garden, although it's striking it's a bit of a devil for spreading and impossible to dig out.

Could be a rodgersia aesculifolia, but could also be a horse chestnut tree seedling....

I hope it’s not a tree @Helix I’d have to pull it out, it’s not far from my back wall. Will wait and see what it grows into.
