Clematis Jackmanni

I planted a clematis Jackmanni last year and it looks super healthy. However it has started flowering now, I thought this was a late flowering Clematis, is this normal or have I maybe identified it incorrectly?

    They can begin flowering in June - it's possible the warm weather at Easter gave it a push. It's a lovely colour.  :)

    I thought the same about my Polish Spirit which has started blooming already. I think a lot of plants are very confused because of the weather we've had.
