Plant ID please.

I've noticed a couple of plants in my neighbourhood which I would like to introduce to my garden to give it some colour.
I'm something of a novice so plant ID's or growing tips would be greatly appreciated 🤗

Rhododendrons...ones known as Azaleas.
Many named species, hybrids and cultivars.
Can be white, yellow, orange, red, pink, purple, lilac.in colour.
They can be evergreen or deciduous.
Dwarf or taller.
