1. Overwatering. 2. Shock at being moved 3. Sunburn. Take your pick. If 1. Remove it from the pot and let it dry out. After 10 days put it in a glass jar with a few drops of water - for humidity mainly - and wait for it to recover then plant in clay pebbles. Don't remove any roots. 2. take the plant out of the pot and check the root. Are they green/silver and juicy or rotted, dry or dead? Most orchids die from over watering or no watering.
