This beautiful conifer was flourishing at a Services on the M1! Any suggestions gratefully received. Cheers, Chris
PS It is about 5/6ft high.

Looks like a Thuja.
Maybe Thuya oreintalis aurea nana...with golden foliage.

Thank you very much Silver Surfer, and for your other post - I do think that the sad shrub in my garden is a photinia davidiana as you suggested. I'll move it and give it some tlc!
