Blimey, that could be a tough call, there are a fair few varieties of hardy geraniums ! I will put my money on geranium endresii Wargrave Pink, but that is a complete and utter guess. I bet someone here knows for sure.......
cranesbill nursery website might help. Wargrave is a salmon pink and your photo looks to be a vivid pink and a clearer photo of the flower would help as they often have different colour bars. If yours is a vivid pink it might be Russell Pritchard but as AnniD says it's a tough call.
I have had a look and finding it hard to ID. Is the pollen all white? It’s that bit that is proving difficult as most of the magenta coloured ones have dark pollen??
