Is this a peony tree?

anyone know where I could buy a good size one of these ? having no joy online all bare root ,I live in Liverpool and am not 100% short I am looking at correct tree thanks .

Yes, it's a tree peony. You should be able to buy one in a garden centre.

Thanks had no joy so far on a tree one only seems to ever b the plant ones that die down to the ground

They have several in my local GC but I'm in France! They are in bud, not in flower. Sometimes GCs like to get in flowering plants, more tempting. Too late to buy bare root but maybe a bit early for ones in pots. Did you ask?

No I didn’t gardening all abit new to me I will ask next time I am in and keep reading up on them thanks for the advice
