Help identifying please

Hi all I was wondering if anyone can help me identify this plant I have so I can read up on it and also what is trying to grow back next to it thanks

  • Fatsia is the one that's sprouting from the old stump. I think the other may be choisya but I'm not certain.

    The other shrub is a Pittosporum Tobira, Japanese Mock Orange shrub.
