Help identifying please

Hi all I was wondering if anyone can help me identify this plant I have so I can read up on it and also what is trying to grow back next to it thanks

    next to it looks like Fatsia or Fatshedera

    Fatsia is the one that's sprouting from the old stump. I think the other may be choisya but I'm not certain.

    The other shrub is a Pittosporum Tobira, Japanese Mock Orange shrub.

    The first picture shows Pittosporum tobira .
