    I don't think it's rape, rape has different shaped leaves. I would agree it is a brassica but I'm not sure which one it is.

    I had this growing after I had mulched  my borders  with well rotted horse manure back in october 2017.
    I never found what it was but knew I hadn't sown seed  , this was a free but unwanted plant.
    Even now I get odd ones coming up. ............
     
    They come up into my hand and into the green bin. :)
    I blamed the manure!
