Hi. That plant is growing behind some cafe in Reading and I told people who work there it might be a Japanese knotweed. Please advise if it is. Thanks

It does indeed look like Japanese knotweed to me, it looks like a tricky spot for them to deal with that!

They have a legal obligation to deal with it.
