Inula Hookeri seedlings?

Are these Inula Hookeri seedlings? I bought and planted this last year and these have popped up fairly close by. I have read that it self seeds pretty easily (which will be OK for a while for me).
Or are they something different?

I think they could be.

I think so too. This is what mine look like right now (pretty sure these are not seedlings, but have spread underground):

Thanks both. The leaves on mine does look similar to
@LG_
's.
I hadn't realised they came up from underground.

Mine spreads under the ground just like that but I've never had any seedlings.
