What flower is this?

Good afternoon.

me and my girlfriend stayed at the shard at the end of March and they had these flowers in the lobby. They smelled amazing! Unfortunately this was the best picture she got of them.
can anyone tell me what these are?

    Hi samwiskin. Well they look like pink and white tulips to me with pots of blue grape hyacinths

    The flowers in the tall large white vase might be Campanula Medium, Canterbury Bells.
