I've got #2 and #5 in my garden and agree with the Id's given above: #2 Exochorda × macrantha ‘The Bride’ #5 Amelanchier alnifolia 'Obelisk', the flowers appear at the same time as the leaves.

Photo 5, I agree it is an Amelanchier. Amelanchier Alnifolia 'Obelisk' judging by the shape.
