Need help with identification

hi,
we have this plant in our garden, and despite us both being keen gardeners, and the plant being familiar, we can’t quite remember what this plant is! Please help us identify it :)

Arum italicum pictum ; attractive but very invasive !
Some show varying degrees of variegation .

Arum italicum indeed.  Not welcome in my garden .

Disagree. A lovely plant, if kept on a leash.

Someone I know has a large clump of this in a huge old terra-cotta pot ; very striking variegation especially when the crimson berries appear .

We’ve got it around a log pile in the little natural planting behind the wildlife pond. Love it.
