These have been coming up for the last few years. Any idea what it is and how to stop it? Thanks.

    I’m afraid that looks like Japanese Knotweed

    Not it easy to deal with, and there are legal implications regarding the sale of your property. You may need specialists to deal with it.  The link I’ve posted has details.
