Sweet peas

Can sweet peas be successfully prised apart when they are bought for example from a supermarket, were they are typically sold with up to a dozen seedlings growing in a single pot.

    You could try cutting the potful in half or quarters. I doubt whether you'd be able to disentangle all the roots one by one.
