Hey guys i brought these 2 years ago but forgot the name and i'm also having problems with them. As you can see from the pic below once they have flowered they seem to always flop over like this and the die off.

    My hyacinths went over quite quickly this year. We've had a remarkably dry spring so far, so I think that's to blame. Cut off the flower stem once it's died off, but leave the leaves until they turn brown and die naturally so that the bulbs can build up for next year's flowers. A dose or two of a liquid feed over the leaves will help with that too.
