How to build a vertical hit and miss fence to grow climbers against

I live in a very windy spot, so I want to build a vertical hit and miss fence to grow climbers against.  The commercially available panels are far too flimsy but I haven't been able to find any instructions via a Google search on how to build one for ourselves.  Any advice or direction to instructions in a book would be very welcome.
