I have started growing some annual lupins. Should I be repotting them into normal compost or just leave them to get stronger.

What is that white stuff on them? Whitefly?
Leave them until they have about 2 real leaves on them.

I thought it might be little droplets of water (from spraying) reflecting the camera flash. If it's whitefly there's a lot of them.
Doncaster, South Yorkshire. Soil type: sandy, well-drained

Yes I had just sprayed them with water 💦 Thank you I’ll leave them for a while then.
