Cutting Back Rose

Hi

I have a rose which is in dire need of cutting back. Is it too late to do so?

    No. May flower a bit later that's all.

    Feed, water (if needed) and mulch afterwards & it'll be racing away soon.
    Heaven is ... sitting in the garden with a G&T and a cat while watching the sun go down
