    Also known by it's common name 'Jade Plant', 'Money Tree' or 'Money Plant'.  Very easy house plant, and they can get quite big, and last for decades!  We have a 20+ year old one, about 18" high, wide and deep (  18" all round, then 😉 ) but it started off like yours.
