Personally l would wait. Have you had a look to see if it's got a good root system? If they're filling the pot, it might be worth potting it on into a slightly larger one for the time being.
Anni D may I ask why you suggest potting it on if the root system fills the pot? I'm curious as I've just ordered 2 and this seems to be the case with both.
A bigger, more substantial plant, with a good root system, will establish better, grow on well, and will also shrug off any pests and diseases more easily. A small plant will be quite vulnerable to weather and soil conditions at this time of year if planted out now, even when it's a hardy plant like honeysuckle. If it gets a month or two more of growth, it will be tougher. Small plants are also likely to have been grown in more protected conditions, so they need a bit of time to acclimatise too
