    Sorry links don't work.
Please can you add images direct to thread so all of us can see them.

  • How can a garden shop sell you an anonymous plant?
actually the shop sells clothing and NT food products
the plants are in a little side part
the labels had fallen off and we asked at the tills in the main shop and they didnt know but wanted to look it up for us on the internet upstairs
we declined as we had this website to use which is most helpful
    so thanks for the comment

  • My local plant nursery has a lost label, perennials  of unknown origin over autumn/winter when there's  no identifying  foliage patch. At 50p a pot it's worth a punt. Got a lovely Joe Pye Weed and a Golden Rod last year.

I have bought many plants, especially succulents, with no label.
A little detective work and I have found I have some unusual, expensive and sometimes rare specimens!

Hello Cornish Lass, I tried one of your links out of curiosity and it did work for me (using an ipad) but I’m reluctant to click on links usually because my internet is quite slow and its a pain. It really is better if you can include the pics directly into your posts. If you only store your images on flickr, can you not temporarily copy the photo to your laptop and upload in the usual way using the mountain icon?

i will turn it back on now...it picks up sites with certificates it doesnt like and will let me go on them but now i know it is blocking some functions
