When is the best time to move our olive tree, we live in Essex and the tree has been in the garden for 3 years, but we need to move it. it stands about 4-5ft high.

    Now and any time onwards should be fine. Always try to dig as deep and as wide as possible to allow your plant to settle with minimal disturbance.
