Pruning roses now...

TadsTads Posts: 210
May I please ask advice from another kind member about whether I can prune my roses NOW.  Because of unusual weather conditions this year so far, & because I am new to growing roses - I have been reluctant to prune my roses yet. I created a new rose garden for my daughter in Guildford last year about July/August time, investing in 11 new roses (mostly shrub roses, a couple of climbers & a couple of old roses).  I haven’t touched them again since planting, concerned about frosts & even snow which might befall us here. 🤔
what to do?  that is my question 🤔. i would truly value members’ advice, because Jan/end Feb pruning date has passed, & I am unsure how to proceed 🤔🤭 “Thankyou kindly” 😊 Sincerely
Tads

I would say you still have time, as long as it's within the next week or so. Yes !
