Helianthus maximiliani

I have grown some seeds of helianthus maximiliani but before i plant into my beds and borders i have read they are invasive. So before i plod on id like to know if anyones had any experiences with them and if they are that bad!

    Anything invasive only needs digging out if it’s in the wrong place. If it spreads, dig out the bits you don’t want.
