Lettuce Seedlings

I’m looking for help on growing lettuce. I’ve always  had problem starting lettuce and spinach indoor to transplant in my raised bed, I thought I would give it another go this year. I sowed  the seeds in small seed tray in February  and left on my heated propagator after they germinated and I’m was able to handle them I prickled them into individual cell tray and left them on my shelves by the French door. I have now invested in grow lights which I attached to the shelves, my shelve is the racking from willow mini greenhouse  but it would appear the plant are just getting leggy. My kitchen is south facing and gets lots of sunshine and light. What am I doing wrong?

They look healthy seedlings tend to be leggy this time of year, when I prick mine out I usually plant them deeper even pinching the baby leaves off and planting them up to the first true leaves.
