how to grow a pixy plum and a quince c pear

  • Hi purpleallium,
Seeing it in this picture, it's bigger than I was visually expecting. Also,  you seem very adept at keeping it under control, so mine will probably be even bigger. I now know what sort of space I need to find for it - gulp! :-)
    Thanks again! :-)
    kind regards.

the pear could be grown as a cordon the same as your apples,
the plum needs to be grown as fan, they don't like the branches at more than 45 degrees from the trunk, or a free standing tree
  • Got it! Thanks, treehugger80!
    Kind regards

  • Hi Purpleallium,
Very nice! And inspiring! Thank you for taking the time to share!

I hope the bees do it justice and you end up with more plums that you know what to do with this year :-)
    kind regards
