What is this plant?

It's about as tall as a cup of water. It's growing between the tiles in my balcony.
It seems to have tiny berries in a couple of places.
I have no idea if it's just a weed, a fruit bush, a tree?...
I need to remove it from the balcony but depending on what it is I'll either throw it away or try to move it to a vase.
Thanks in advance :)

(Oh and I live in the UK, if that helps)

I think it is a weed -sow (as in female pig)  thistle not as stingy as real thistle milky sap like dandelion.

Its a type of sow-thistle ... a common weed ... it will have thousands of downy seeds (like a dandelion clock) that float on the air and take root where they land .., that’s what’s happened ... it landed in a crack on your balcony paving.
I would pull it out and dispose of it before it produces its own seeds.
