Chilli Plants from Saved Seeds

NewBoy2NewBoy2 BristolPosts: 1,811
I was given some seeds and have successfully grown 10 beautiful bushes with many hot and sweet chill's over the Winter

When they grew the first 12 inches had large pale green  4 inch leaves but after that the leaves were much smaller and prolific and deeper green

It looked like two plants stuck on top of each other

Dont have a interweb camera thingy as I live in the days before the Industrial Revolution so I cant send a picture

I grew them in my South facing conservatory

?      To get the growth/leaves the same all up the plants aI am staring off now what do I do please

? Does it matter about what the leaves look like

Everyone is just trying to be Happy.....So lets help Them.

If the plants look healthy and produce fruits then they're fine.
Possibly the change in leaf size/colour is to do with the maturity of the plant, or because they started to put their energy into fruits, which kind of amounts to the same thing.
